**since I still live there, I will have some items in the closets and throughout the house, but it will be minimal.

-The building is located in Two Bridges/Lower East Side, a 3-minute walk from the E. Broadway F train.
-Steps from a grocery store
-Great restaurants and bars within 2–3 blocks—Dimes Square, Chinatown, galleries, parks galore, East River waterfront swings, & biking and running paths.

Rental requirements
-1 month's rent + 1-month's rent as security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of vacancy and after inspection has confirmed apartment’s condition matches the way it was given.
-signed standard sublet agreement form
-I.D. + 2 referrals
-No parties, no smoking, and no pets
- $2900/month includes utilities & internet.
