The room is about 13 feet long and 7 feet or so wide. It can fit a queen bed, dresser/desk comfortably and has a large closet. Room comes with an alleyway window and comes with AC. It will also be painted a fresh coat of white paint. This is a high ceiling apt. Great sunlight on the eastern end and light in general.

There are two huge living rooms. One long hallway where the bathroom is located. A half bedroom which I plan to turn into a guest bedroom for friends and family (so an added amenity) a very large kitchen with a large adjacent walk in pantry where the fridge is located.

This apt is on the top floor of a 3 unit building. Because of the high ceilings- it’s basically a 4th floor walk up. We are near a Trader Joe’s! 💯 Apt is in an ideal location!

I’m the lease holder and the landlord is allowing me to sublease for the time being. I plan to stay here long term and really make this a home for myself. I’m looking for the right fit kind of roomie. Someone who is clean*, tidy, conscious and respectful of common spaces/apt in general. Gainfully employed. Queer friendly and dog friendly (no additional pets) as I have a chihuahua mix. I’m also allergic to cats so definitely no cats. Evy, my dog, is super sweet and very well trained. She uses a pee pad at times which I keep in the bathroom.

The room is $1500 per month (one months deposit required)

We’re both laid back and keep to ourselves with the occasional hang and catch up in between the busy life we both lead. My roommate also plays the accordion and at times will practice during the day when suitable for everyone.

The space itself is huge. Lots of room for personal space.
