A huge, modern two-floor penthouse in an elevator building, packed with perks—washer/dryer in-unit, dishwasher, central AC/heat, and a massive private deck. The open kitchen is fully stocked, and the furnished living room is drenched in sunlight.

The Room:
- $1,512/mo rent
- Unfurnished (but current roommate is selling a full bed & dresser and shelves)
- Spacious—fits a queen bed & desk comfortably
- Floor-to-ceiling windows = tons of natural light
- Located on the second floor with a closet right outside
- Direct access to our private deck
- Shared bathroom (with 3 others)

The Building & Neighborhood:
- Private gym, package room, indoor bike & car storage
- 1 block to Lorimer L / Metropolitan G, 8 min to JMZ
- CitiBikes, bars, restaurants & 24/7 grocery store nearby
- 10 min walk to McCarren Park, 20 min to Domino Park & ferry

The Roommates:
We’re three women and one guy (mid-30s to early 40s)—all working professionals who keep it clean, relaxed, and drama-free. We love a good time but don’t bring the party home. Bonus: We’ve got a very old, sweet cat who loves scritches but is also happy being left alone.

You:
- Chill, respectful, clean
- Preference for someone not full-time WFH, but flexible for the right fit
- Looking to stay long-term (ideally a year+)
- No couples or extra pets
