1 fully furnished room available in 3 bedroom, 2 bath (that we use as a 1.5 bath) in a large luxury new apartment building

Our place has lots of sunlight, a big common area, a dishwasher, is fully furnished, has lots of plants, and a fully-stocked kitchen.

Apartment complex has: huge roof, communal work space, gym, laundry, and on-site parking (for an additional cost)

Your room: 10x12, big closet, floor-to-ceiling window lined with plants, full-sized bed, a desk with a Razer gaming chair, plenty of shelving

We are located on the border of Bushwick and Ridgewood, <5 min walk from the L/M. It's a fun neighborhood with grocery right across the street and lots of bars nearby.

Apartment culture:
We like to be friendly and foster direct communication. We have monthly house meetings, but otherwise live generally separate lives. We like to go out and have fun, but within the apartment, we keep it relatively chill - we may watch TV together or chat around the kitchen table, or maybe play some music while cleaning. My name is Monique and I am a 34 year old queer Chican@/Bangladeshi american. Pronouns are she/they. I have been living in the city for seven years. I am originally from California. I was raised in the East Los Angeles Area, went to UCSC for college (go banana slugs!)Wa. I am all spectrum of queer and human friendly. I am currently working as an administrator for community centers in Bushwick. I went to school for art/education and still do photography as part of my own art practice and run photo community events. 

My name is Haemin and I am a 26y/o Korean-American from Philly (pronouns she/her). I recently moved to the city in October after working in SoCal for 2 years, and I now work as a product design engineer. I’m frequently out trying new restaurants/broadway shows/city events, and I love coming home to watch movies and do crafts on the couch.

Hi I’m Ashley (she/her)! I’m a queer, poly girl - living in the city for 3 years working as a software engineer. I’m passionate about sustainability, communal joy, and building connection with others. It's been a dream of mine to live and work on a farm, and I finally have the opportunity to do that this summer - so that's why I'm subletting my room!
