Hi! We're looking for queer qt to join our sweet lil gay household. It's a spacious 5-room apartment in a gorgeous spot in Crown Heights.

The room is $1320/mo rent with utilities generally costing between $40-$50, depending on the electric bill. This is a lease takeover, so you will have to submit an application and put down a security deposit. Happy to talk more about the process if you’re interested.

THE APARTMENT/BUILDING:
The apartment has 3.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and recently updated fixtures and appliances. We have a pretty spacious living room where we like to hang out and host. The building is a combination of families and younger people. Our neighbors are generally friendly and our brick walls keep noise out (and in!). Elevator access, apartment on the 2nd floor.

LOCATION:
We’re in Crown Heights just across the street from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and less than a 10 minute walk from the Brooklyn Museum. We’re about three blocks away from Prospect Park at the PLG side and about 15 minutes from Grand Army Plaza. We're about five blocks away from three subway stations: Prospect Park, Franklin Ave-Medgar Evers, and Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum. You’ll have access to the 4, 5, 2, 3, Q, B, and S. It's truly a perfectly central location with great coffeeshops, restaurants, transportation, etc. Easy access to PLG and Bed Stuy.

THE VIBE:
You'll be joining four queer cuties (creatives and students) and a fully BIPOC household. We share responsibility for cleaning common areas and take responsibility for cleaning our own bathrooms. We often have the TV or music going and like to host friends, so this is probably not the space for you if you need absolute silence. That being said, we're always respectful if one of us needs to be on meetings, take an interview, or just get some quiet time. Honesty about our needs is key to making that work. We're also all pretty friendly with each other. We like to hang and go out together, so we'd love to find roommates who vibe with us and get along. We currently have a small friendly dog. Open to other pets depending on compatibility.

We're all in our late 20s/early 30s and are looking for similar. Ideally our next roomie is 28+ but we're open for the right fit :)
