Important to know, rent does not include utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, and wifi). All utilities will be decided evenly amongst roommates.

The apartment does feature super tall ceilings, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, tons of natural light, one full bathrooms, washer and dryer, comfy queen sized bed, living room (which will soon be fully furnished), a fully stocked kitchen with all tools and utensils needed to make amazing meals.

The entire apartment is currently getting a fresh coat ultra white paint, which is amazing!

Also, we are super close to the 4, 5, and 6 trains on 138th Street — We are less than five minutes walking.

I am looking for: Other like minded, super chill, [regular // normal], relaxed roommates that are clean, respectful, responsible, easy going, and has the ability to pay their rent on time.
