I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in our amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! I will be out of town for work for Jan - March (dates super flexible) so looking for someone to sublet my room (with possibility for longer if interested)!

My room is the primary and comes fully furnished, with a walk-in closet and your own private bathroom!

Apartment amenities include dishwasher, washer dryer and the best roommates :) The building has a gym, courtyard with grills and a roof deck with grills and furniture for hosting!

Looking for a female 28 + who is clean, tidy, social but respectful of the space and has the right vibe :) You ideally don't WFH as well, or go into the office a few days.

It's located right above the Nostrand A/C and 1 block away from the Franklin C. It's the cutest space!
