Hi! I'll be traveling over the break, and would like to offer my room to someone during the 2-3 week period. My room features a full-size bed, a desk and two chairs, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linens and towels will be provided. The apartment has a full kitchen and a cozy living room.
The location is a 7 minute walk to the L train at Dekalb Ave and a 10 minute walk to the M train. Great coffee shops, bookstores, restaurants, delis, a supermarket, and a 24-hour laundromat are nearby. I can send recommendations!

Rent is 380/week, all utilities included. Security deposit is $800.
I have two wonderful female roommates, who make and enjoy music and friendships. Ideally, we'd like to look for a female subletter, who is LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, and mindful of quietness after 10PM.
