Seeking a responsible and tidy roommate to fill the second bedroom in my Crown Heights apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of a pre-war building off of Nostrand Ave. The room is available Jan 1 through May 31, with possibility for extension.

The apartment is fully furnished, with hardwood floors throughout. The room comes with a full-sized bed and frame you're welcome to use. The kitchen comes with almost every appliance you can think of, except a coffee maker and dishwasher.

I work a lot and enjoy having a calm, peaceful home to come back to at the end of the day. When I have people over, it's usually for board games, dinner parties, or movie nights. You would be welcome to do the same, but this is definitely not a party house.

I can't accommodate animals at this time, so no pets unfortunately.

I'm a cisgender male in my mid-30s who has called Crown Heights home for a little over three years now. I like getting involved in my community and getting to know my neighbors. I'm fortunate to live in a friendly building where people look out for each other.

I tend to go out to socialize, but when I have people over it's usually to play board games, have dinner parties, or watch movies. You would be welcome to do the same.

I work a lot and I volunteer a lot, so I really cherish having a relaxed and calming home to retreat to at the end of the day. Whether we become good friends or just respectful roommates, I want to maintain a living situation that feels comfortable and supportive for everyone involved.
