One large unfurnished bedroom and walk in closet in three bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex garden apartment. The room is basically the size of a studio apartment, it can fit a king sized bed, a couch and multiple dressers. All utilities and wifi included.

You share the duplex with two others that have their own rooms.

The parlor floor offers the large living room, dining room, kitchen and access to patio and backyard.

There is one full bathroom on level with your room and a half bath on the 2nd level by the kitchen.

There is free laundry in the building and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

You will be responsible, along with the other two roommates, for maintaining the cleanliness of the communal spaces.

There is a cat in the duplex but NOT allowed in the room you occupy, unless you welcome them in.

Can move in ASAP.
