You will be renting my room so I will no be there, but a little about me:

I am a 42 year old queer woman (she/ they pronouns), working as a dancer, artist, and personal trainer between Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley. I have been the leaseholder of this apartment for over a decade.

I live about 50% of the time in the apartment, when I am not there you will have the whole space to yourself!

This is a very queer and artist friendly household! The apartment is kept tidy and clean. When home, I do a lot of cooking and like to have good conversations with whoever I'm living with, but also give each other a lot of space.
