-3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, lounge space, and an outdoor patio.

Downstairs:
-The available office, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and second bathroom. The office is great for working from home, a creative studio, or even extra storage.
-Beautiful front patio for sunny coffee mornings!
-Small storage basement

The Room & Office:
-The room on the cozier side, but comfortably fits a queen bed, has a walk-in closet, and gets a ton of natural light
-The office can easily fit 2 large desks, shelving, storage pieces, etc.

Details:
-Available April 1st – Looking for someone to sign a one-year lease
-$1900 total for both the room + private downstairs office (utilities (trash, water, gas) included, WiFi split equally between all 3 of us)
-Coin-op laundry on-site (shared with the back apartment)
-Secured off-street parking space included (3 total parking spots)
-We have a super friendly small, non-barking dog (Rooster) and a sweet cat (Ollie), but unfortunately, we can't take in additional pets.

Corey: 29M - Works from home, semi-professional at home chef, loves spending time outdoors, taking photos, playing with Ollie, and exploring LA.

We keep a clean and friendly home and are looking for someone who values the same. We’re all good with having friends over and the occasional get-together, but we’re not looking for a party house vibe. We go to bed pretty early on weekdays and respect one another’s quite time and privacy as much as possible!
