Looking for a roommate to sign onto a lease starting October 1 in Bushwick, Brooklyn. My current roommate is moving out of the city.

Apartment is 2.5 bed/1 bath railroad style living space with in-unit washer and dryer. Rooms are on opposite side of the apartment, giving both of us our own privacy. The apartment has 16 ft tall ceilings with 4 skylights offering plenty of light year round. The apartment is located in a 2 story walk up building.

Ideal roommate: late 20s-40, LGBTQ or vocal ally, committed to maintaining a clean living space for both of us, can commit to hiring a deep cleaner every 2-3 months (approx. $75 - my cleaner is the best!). Roommate must love dogs, and have no pets of their own or have plans to get any. Must be 420 friendly and have a desire to be close to all Bushwick has to offer. Other artists and actors very welcome!

The room is a decent sized bedroom with a private loft space. It truly is a magical space. The room fits up to a queen size bed comfortably, has amble closet space, and a ceiling fan. The loft is big enough to be converted into a small private office, storage, or lounge area. I’m 6’1" and can stand fully and comfortably in the loft. The room will be unfurnished come Oct 1.

The apartment is a 3 min walk from the Dekalb L stop (Stanhope entrance), 6 min walk from Knickerbocker M stop, 2 min walk to Variety Coffeeshop, and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and venues like Elsewhere, House of Yes, and Brooklyn Mirage. Crossstreets: Wyckoff/Harman.
