A bit about me: I’m a young architectural designer who loves making/creating stuff—3D printing, painting models, etc. I’m clean, social, easy-going, and happy to be friends with my roommate!
Looking for someone who is:
Around my age (mid-20s/early 30s) preferably.
Clean and respectful
Easygoing, but also likes to hang out from time to time
If this sounds like a good fit for you or if you have any questions, contact me. Can also schedule in-person meet up to see the place.
28 y/o Architectural Designer who loves to learn new skills, explore and make things with my hands. I am clean, like to have fun, read, watch tv, play games, go out with friends.
We can be whatever level of cordial/ friends you would like or are comfortable with.
Current tenant with someone, they are moving out. So i am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom.
To be added to the lease with me i was given these requirements from the building management company:
-a credit report issued within the past 30 days showing credit score of 700 or higher,
-tax return showing income of $70,000 or higher, statements of liquid funds of $10,000 or more.
-$200 lease modification fee for the Management company.
Love all animals. Several neighbors have dogs & cats, so should not be an issue. Might just need to get approved by building management.
