Roommate wanted for Park Slope house

$1,500/month, starting November 1st

Two-floor row house on a quiet street near 7th Ave and 16th St. I am the owner. There are three bedrooms, and this for a third roommate, as one is moving out at the end of this month (October).

You'd have your own bedroom (~150 sf + closet), use of the rest of the house (big kitchen with skylight, LR/DR, upstairs bath, back yard). Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, free WIFI, A/C (window unit) and some basement storage.

Two very friendly cats (so NO other pets, sorry). Convenient to train lines (F/G/D/N/R). Tons of local restaurants, bars and shopping.

Water & WIFI included. Electric and gas split 1/3 each. Heat (radiator), hot water and stove are gas.

One year lease. 1st month's rent + 1 month security to move in.

Please be responsible, conscientious, non-smoking and reasonably quiet.
