Very clean and organized, very handy and capable, Kind and reliable, retired couple seeking an apartment or larger flex living space that could accommodate us, our older quiet cats, and our daughter who is attending a conservatory there in Manhattan near 10th ave and 61st. We would really like to stay somewhere within a 30 to 50 minute walk of her school and are concentrating our apartment search to Hell's kitchen, midtown and upper west side but may be open to other areas in Manhattan depending on the situation. We need the apartment from the second week in February until at least November 2025 -maybe longer if its available and the living situation is good!. My husband is retired federal agent and I am a semi-retired massage therapist and teacher. We do have a max budget of $4000 a month. We are willing to help maintain, manage, house sit or even help fix up a place to help us stay within in our budget for the apartment. We would love it if there were an outdoor space available also as I am an avid gardener. But it's not necessary. We are able to bring furniture with us but if your space is already furnished we will take good care of your stuff! Washer and dryer are a huge bonus! Thanks for considering!
