– Located in Williamsburg or Greenpoint (open to nearby areas with charm and calm)
– Walking distance to cafés, parks, and quiet corners of the city
– Rented directly from a kind owner — an artist, architect, filmmaker, or someone who travels often and needs someone to care for their home
– Flexible lease length, ideally long-term
– Budget is flexible depending on the energy, space, and story. But I’m hoping for something under market to help me get started.
