Hey there! I’m looking for a long-term place in Brooklyn that I can call home. I have a good credit score (700+) and an income over $130k, so you can count on me to be a reliable tenant. I’m also planning to get a cat soon, so a pet-friendly place would be a bonus.

Specifically, I'm looking for a 1BR or 1.5BR with a decent sized kitchen and living room. A backyard would be a bonus, but not necessarily.

From a timing standpoint, I'm ideally looking for something at the beginning of March or April, but that's flexible on both ends. I can jump from my current housing whenever. The point is, I'm looking to take the time to find the best/right living situation.
