My name is ET, Im a female in her 30's searching for STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM apartment anywhere in Manhattan, Harlem or Brooklyn (Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn). I am very clean, don't smoke or drink, no pets. Looking to move in end of February starting 3/1/25.

I am professional artist and art administrator with full time work schedule. I work in Chelsea and Midtown Manhattan. I am looking for apartment close to Chelsea and Midtown. Im open to sublets, lease takeover or renting. Looking for long lease minimum 4+ months. First preference, looking for furnished apartment to myself.

Desired Apartment Amenities:

- Fully furnished (must bed)
- Utilities included (wifi, electric)
- Close to subway (less than 10 minute walk)
- Natural light more than 1 window
- Not facing alley, good view
- Elevator if on high level (I need elevator to transport heavy artworks)
- Laundry in unit or building
- Quiet

Alternatively, I am open to 1 other roommate ages 25+ with similar work schedules. No pets, no couples, preferably woman who does not work from home, separate bedroom and separate bathroom (2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom).

A lot of roommate ads here mention for one of us to work outside the home while the other works from home. If we are both paying the same amount, we both have the right to stay home as much as we need.
