Studio amenities include, microwave, minifridge, private WiFi network, espresso machine, AC/ Heat, scaffolding (optional) worktables. Can include sewing tools and machines, computer access, flatbed scanner, color printer, mannequin, steamer. L train, CitiBike station RIGHT THERE, street parking.

I am traveling and using a 1/5 of the space for storage that is all packed and sectioned away.
