This is a 750 square foot production studio that you'd be sharing with us. The location is 4th place between Hoyt and Bond street, and the closest train station is the Carroll F/G station 3 blocks away. Excuse some of the photos, we're in the process of moving some of our inventory to make space!

About the Studio
- A large loading dock with roll gate for temporary parking and loading in and out for events.
- Supers/ Facilities team onsite M-F as well as sometimes after hours/ weekends
- Large freight elevator
- First studio right outside of the elevator for ease of load out
- Mail/ Package drop-off/ pick-up area
- A large south facing window with blackout shades for the summer, as well as an overhead skylight
- 2-3 work tables, and 1 shelf for your storage
- A private bathroom in unit as well as another 2 down the hall
- Large double work sink with hose and drainboards
- Heat in unit
- 2 powerful air conditioners for the summer time
- Outdoor backyard for lunch/ painting projects/ overnight plant storage/ etc.
- Rental price includes utilities

About Us
We are a floral, plant, and styling studio that uses the space for production/ shoots. Most of our work now occurs at various offsite events so we're using the space less now but still love it and would love to keep it.
Flowers and plants are a somewhat messy business and while we always leave the space clean and organized as possible, this is probably not for you if you have concerns about expensive electronic equipment (unless it's cameras/ lenses that you'd like to keep out of the way on a high shelf). Just want to be forthright about that!

About You
We're looking for a considerate artist, florist, craftsperson, or anyone who is looking for a quiet, calm, and clean production space or even desk space. If you are a night owl or often around after the workday, that would be ideal as we are more early morning/ day walkers. If you have a large amount of tools or inventory, this is likely not the best fit as we don't have a ton of room for storage but absolutely able to offer some shelving and temporary storage that moves in and out of the space.
