This is a rustic California bungalow in the Hills of Silver lake. It overlooks the lake, Hollywood sign, Observatory, and surrounding hills.
No parties
2 bed, 1 bath, all amenities, full kitchen and everything needed for cooking, cleaning, a normal fully equipped house. I live here full time.
I am emptying closets to give it space.
There will be no clutter either.
Parking is free, street, no meters or street cleaning. It is very easy.
This is my home so no additions or redecorating and no extra furniture.
It is available over the Christmas vacation. I am renting it to help with the bills and rent while I am gone. The total rent period is 20 days and it is prorated from my monthly rent.

About This Lister
I’m a local resident, I’ve been here 20 years. I live and work in the area and love being in Silver Lake. The view from my house creates a space that is very Topanga Canyon like, as opposed to mid city “concrete jungle”. There are lots of animals and wildlife and I’m an outdoor person so I enjoy that. I travel continuously, as much as money allows.

I will accept ID and if you have an Airbnb account so I can read reviews from previous stays? Any references are helpful.
Pets Policy
Small cats and dogs, please not on furniture. If you do have them on furniture, please put down an old sheet over the furniture to protect it. I would also ask that you vacuum and clean before you leave if you have a pet because pets leave hair and it’s not my responsibility to clean it up. :)
