New Hampton is a hamlet of the town Wawayanda in Orange County, NY. It is near Middletown and Goshen - 2 minutes to farmers markets and cafes, 5 minutes to grocery stores, 12 minutes to box stores, 15 minutes to cute small Hudson Valley towns.

Our place is off of County Route 12, so there is a little bit of traffic noise. The property has its own private road on a large hill, winter weather can be difficult at times.
Mystic Hill is 5 cabins on 3 wooded acres. There are many gardens, paths in the woods, outbuildings, a treehouse, and a stable that I am converting into a studio. There is a laundry room for everyone that lives on the property, however we ask that you use only natural detergents.

Bedroom: room for a queen-size bed and a small closet

Living Room: Has a small propane heater and room for a couch

Kitchenette: Equipped with a medium fridge, microwave, electric kettle, air fryer and basic cooking utensils.

Bathroom: Stand-up shower

Additional Amenities: Heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, private deck with seating area, parking space available.

Please let me know if you would be interested in any type of partial barter and what your skill set is. Some of the things I might need help with handyman work, electric, plumbing painting interior or exterior of houses
