I'm renting out my spacious 2-bedroom condo in South Austin while I am out of state until early spring. The condo is available weekly at $900, and willing to cut a deal if rented for a month or more! Utilities/Wifi included.

The condo is three stories, fully equipped and furnished, with two covered parking spots, and plenty of space to spread out while not out exploring ATX.

The location is very central, and a 5-minute drive to downtown and a short walk or scooter to all of the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that South Congress and 1st have to offer.

The layout of the condo is as follows:

Ground Level: Condo entrance and garage parking with space for two cars

1st Floor: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher + gas stove/oven) with plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare any sized meal. Dining area with seating for 4, a living area with a sectional couch and TV with streaming, powder bathroom.

2nd Floor: Enclosed laundry, and two bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, 1 queen) both with en suite bathrooms and a standing desk with the monitor.

3rd Floor/Rooftop: Private deck (accessible via spiral staircase) with sectional sofa and downtown skyline views! The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a sunset drink.

I'm a 35-year-old man who works in tech. I often work from home and love to entertain guests, which is why I have plenty of space for a home office and for friends to visit.

I am clean, and creative, and love live music -- all things that you will notice in my condo which is decorated with posters from some of my favorite concerts and funky artwork.

I have lived in Austin for 3 years, and before that lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Madrid, Spain. I enjoy this city quite a bit -- especially all of the great food that it has to offer -- and would be more than happy to share any recommendations for your time here.
