We've lived in this fantastic apartment for three years and love it! We're looking for friendly, clean, responsible, and respectful female roommates in their mid to late 20s/early 30s. We keep the common areas tidy and are looking for people who will cohabitate respectfully and kindly. The most important thing is that we're all comfortable and able to enjoy the space while also being considerate of each other's schedules and preferences.

We are women in our mid to late 20s working in healthcare and the arts with a combined hybrid schedule. We are always down for chats and hang outs, but also independent and happy to do our own thing. We're both usually out and about but recharge in a calm and peaceful environment.

You will be signing onto the lease. Management requires each tenant's annual income to be at least 40 times the monthly rent. They do accept guarantors (both personal and third party). Management will ask for the common documents to sign (valid ID, job offer letter, paystubs etc.). Security deposit and first month's rent need to be paid upon signing the lease.
