- This is a 26-day sublet in a fully-furnished, 3rd floor walk-up.
- Utilities, including wi-fi, will come out to an average of $50 per person per month. Your portion will be prorated.
- Right off of Broadway, where the J train runs above-ground. The train is not loud in the apartment.
- I've been traveling, so some of these photos are from when I first moved in. There is currently more furniture—i.e. blackout curtains, desks, bookshelf, dresser, TV, and a curtain to divide the room into a bedroom and an office/studio. (Yes, it's roomy!)
- The apartment is well-lit. There are bay windows in the bedroom and a skylight in the living room.
- It's in the family-friendly part of Bushwick: we're within walking distance to nightlife, but not living on top of it.
- Laundromat on the block. Groceries and delis down the street. Coffeeshop around the corner. There are many charming local spots nearby.
- It's also a pleasant walk to some well-known establishments, like Sunrise/Sunset, or Topos in Ridgewood, or Saraghina and Frog in Bed-Stuy.
We're in our late-20s. I (she/her) work in the film industry. I'll be traveling out of the country for a few weeks.
You'll be living with my roommate. She works in prison reform (hybrid schedule: 2 days of working from home per week). Outside of work, she does abolition organizing. She is nice and respectful, and doesn't bring the party home. :)
