I'm subletting my room in a 4BR in Clinton Hill for January. (Optional to start Dec 18th).

The room is furnished with a built-in closet, a desk, shelves and a queen-sized bed. The room has access to a private bathroom with bathtub and fire escape. It's off the main-areas, so it is very quiet and it feels like you have your own little private studio.

The apartment is huge and has great shared areas. A big living room and a spacious kitchen. We have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the basement.

Our block was voted on of the most beautiful blocks in Brooklyn. The apt is in a quiet, tree-lined street, with cute cafes and restaurants around. We're 1.5 blocks away from the G and C train and a 10min walk to Barclays center

About This Lister

You'd be sharing the space with my lovely roommates who are all in the mid 20ies - mid 30ies (some of them will be subletting too). We're all chill, like to keep the space clean and interactions respectful – the apartment is our home and sanctuary in this crazy city and we'd like to find someone who shares that mindset.

IMPORTANT: I have a cat – my roommates would be taking the lead on looking after her, so we're only considering people who are ok with her around and won't bring any other pets.
