Role Overview: We’re seeking a hands-on, startup-minded Studio Manager to oversee daily operations at Little King’s creative studio. This role is pivotal in supporting our ecommerce and retail business, helping ensure everything runs smoothly as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations, including:
Online order fulfillment
Inventory management and organization
Placing inventory and supply reorders
Product photography and content preparation
Managing our ecommerce platform and site updates
Collaborate on social media and marketing objectives to help grow our brand presence.
Manage and develop staff to support daily operations, with the potential to expand the team as the business grows.
Maintain a high standard of organization and efficiency in the studio space.
Embody and promote Little King’s values and mission through all aspects of the role.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a detail-oriented, creative, and motivated individual who is passionate about design and sustainability. Specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Shares our values of hard work, attention to detail, and kindness.
Has a genuine interest in or curiosity about design, homewares, and creativity.
Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Possesses strong computer skills, including proficiency in administrative tools and creative problem-solving. (Bonus: Experience with Photoshop & Shopify, though not required.)
Brings a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic to the role.
Is self-motivated and able to independently prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Has at least 1-2 years experience managing a team and is skilled at encouraging and developing staff.
Demonstrates and has experience in a similar industry or related field.
Has experience providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
