Designed by Belgian architects, this house spares no expense. You will find many design details in this space that have been featured in Architectural Digest.

The front living-room features a couch and office with a beautiful oversized window that overlooks a charming brownstone street. This room features the original fireplace (non working) from the 1860's. This room has a closing door and a pull out double bed with brand new foam mattress that can accommodate more guests if needed, with comfy foam mattress.

The first bathroom has a well-designed stand-up shower, sink, and toilet.

The kitchen and den have a couch, dining table, and an eat in kitchen, complete with and OLED TV.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, two side tables and an en suite bathroom complete with a breathtaking soaking tub and a shower.

I will be leaving the furniture there -- you are welcome to linens and kitchenware.
