Corner apartment with tons of natural light. On the 6th floor of a building with elevator. Modern building that includes a gym, laundry, and roof access.

Great location - five minute walk from Prospect Park and the 2, 3, 4, 5 trains at Franklin Ave.

We keep the space tidy and are pretty low-key. We don't typically throw parties, but have a few friends over every now and then.

I can be flexible with dates and price.

You will be living with my roommate, Jacob, a cis-male (he/him) who works in the food service industry. He's a laidback guy who enjoys sports and cooking. He keeps the apartment and his space clean.

He is an observant Jew who keeps separate dishes and utensils. Non-Kosher food is totally fine, just important to keep your stuff separate.
