The entire apartment has hardwood floors and air conditioner units built into the walls. There is central heat with a thermostat that we can adjust in the living room. The bathroom has a full size bathtub and excellent water pressure. The apartment has laundry in the basement (which most tenants use as extra storage). The apartment's super lives down the block and is unbelievably responsive. Currently, the apartment does not have any pets, but cats or small dogs are more than welcome here.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk to McCarren Park, four minutes from a grocery store, across the street from an Italian bakery that has $2 coffee (!!!), five minutes from Kellogg's Diner, and on the same block as a great bodega.

I've lived here for a year and absolutely loved it, but have to move out because I got a new job and my commute changed drastically. The building is great and the light is absolutely stunning, it's in a very central part of the neighborhood but isn't super loud. My roommate who is staying, C, is a grad student in her mid-20's who is out of the house most days. C is looking for somebody kind, clean, and respectful !
