Moving out of my beautiful room in a modern Bed-Stuy building (Lexington Av between Broadway and Patchen Av). 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment with two wonderful roommates! I have loved living here for the last 2 and a half years.

The building is less than five years old, an elevator and many great amenities (including laundry and well-equipped gym in the basement, spacious workroom and lounge, gorgeous rooftop with stunning views, and even pet-washing room!). There is also a bike room, storage room available for rent, and private parking spots for rent as well in the back. Street parking is abundant as well.

It is less than 3-minutes walk from the Gates Av J with quick service into Lower Manhattan and easy transfer to multiple trains. The J/Z runs express from this station at rush hour. I can't over-stress how quick and easy my commute into Manhattan has been! There is also fast J access to JFK Airport.

Common spaces in the apartment include a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher plus island and four stools, and an open-concept living room. There is a shared hallway closet, and a hutch in the hallway for additional storage. Lots of light, hardwood floors, and incredibly big windows in the bedroom, plus a bedroom closet.

There are two full bathrooms--the larger one has a tub/shower, and the smaller one has a shower.

My roommates are friends who I've loved living with. 1 woman and 1 man. We are open to any roommates who are friendly, considerate, and communicative. The living space is shared and comfortable for all. We all pitch in with keeping the common spaces clean, and the dishwasher definitely helps :)

Walking distance from tons of great coffeeshops, restaurants, and bars (I will share recs) and several parks, on the border of Bed-Stuy and Bushwick right off Broadway. Toad Style on Ralph Av is a highlight--great vegan food!
