I currently live here and am looking to for 2 new roommates to add to the lease. I have videos of the whole apartment and both rooms that I can send you, but I will not be available for tours until Jan 30 when I get back from the holidays. If we are vibing well after a phone call, you are welcome to apply sight-unseen as there is a lot of interest in the space.

I am a 34 year old queer female (she/her) and I work in digital marketing. I WFH but we have 2 floors so there is lots of space to work inside/outside if you are also remote or hybrid.

I love to cook, play board games, ride my bike around the city, garden, picnic, and am an avid cinephile. I'm very laid back as a roommate and don't have too many asks. I am hard of hearing so your noise will never bother me. I love to be friends with my roommates but am fine just sharing a space respectfully.
