I’ll be travelling for school and looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful person to enjoy my spacious space while I’m gone. Room is furnished with a dresser, full-size bed, mirror and a walk-in closet. Sadly, the building isn't accessible and the unit is on a 2nd floor walk up. Bathroom comes with a tub and a window.

You'll be steps away from St. Clair W station and walking distance to cute local shops, a pharmacy, lcbo, gym, and a major grocery store. If you're a nature lover, there's a beautiful trail and park near by.

Perfect for anyone looking to be close to the downtown core without the chaos of actually being in it. Ideally looking for a woman (late 20's-30's) to take over. I work from home and this apartment has been perfect for all my needs. I can leave the printer for you if you like!
