Looking for someone to sublet my one bedroom located near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Move-in date is April 1st, minimum of 3 months, but will consider longer stays up to a year (possibility to stay on and take the lease over next December)

- bright and airy with large windows
- large walk in closet
- bathroom with shower/tub
