We are 2 roomies (both she/her) in our mid-20’s, working in film, looking for someone to fill a third bedroom in our gorg apt! We’ve lived here for 3 years and are still very much in love with it.
The room is on the second floor of the apt, and fits a full or queen, a big dresser, and a clothing rack. It’s a corner room so 3 windows with tons of light and a nice view!
You’d also get a shared office space on the second floor of the apt. It’s a HUGE room that we’ve put 3 desks, a couch, bookshelves, coffee tables, seasonal storage items etc, that we use as a collective office space. We also have two full bathrooms that we share that has been super handy. We also LOVE our living room which has such insane high ceilings and we get so much natural light, we often never even turn our overhead lights on.
The space comes w modern amenities like dishwasher, central A/C, laundry in building, etc. Super quick walk (2 blocks) to the L/M train and amazing bus options w B52, B58, B32, Q38 etc. Walking distance to all the glorious bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs Bushwick has to offer. Multiple great grocery store options under a 5m walk too.
This would be a 2 month sublet, with the option to renew in July. (we are also rent stabilized, hence the deal!) Pls reach out if interested and we’re so excited to chat (:
My roomie and I (she/her) work in the film industry and looking for an open minded and like minded guy or gal to fill our third room! We love being out and about and busy on the weekends, but we do love a cheeky night in. Big fans of the occasional watch party (White Lotus, Survivor, Traitors) and we like having friends over from time to time, but generally keep the apt just to the roomies otherwise.
We also like to keep it pretty tidy (no dishes in the sink sitting around, regular vacuuming/bathroom cleaning) but the dishwasher definitely helps with that! Any clutter we also generally like to keep it to our rooms or the office.
Current tenant
You would be sending rent directly to our third roommate who is moving out, and then potentially signing the lease come July.
