Hello from Park Slope!!! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease on a 9ft x 8.5ft room ($1300) in a beautiful apartment in north Park Slope May 1st-August 31st with the hope of resigning.

Area: The apartment is in Park Slope, Brooklyn, a half a block to the Union St. R train, a 13-minute walk to Barclays Center (2,3,4,5,B,D,N,R,Q), a 13-minute walk to the 4 Ave station (F,G,R), and a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park. There is a full-sized grocery store on the block, and anything you need (laundry, shopping and boutiques, bars, restaurants, etc. ) is around the corner. It's a quiet, tree-lined street steps from 5th Avenue. There is also a well-maintained community garden across the street.

There is also a sweet angel baby cat named Meemo who is very clean quiet and playful!!!

What we’re looking for: The two amazing women (late 20s and the most giving and kind people ever) that will be your roommates are tidy and clean and also love to share (if you’re comfortable with it) and commune together. Someone who likes to engage and stop by for the occasional living room/dining room hangout. Someone who is thoughtful in their interactions and does not smoke inside the apartment. Currently both roommates work in and out of the house and would prefer someone who is on the same schedule.
