Looking for someone to share my 2-bedroom apartment with.
The apartment is the ground floor of a brownstone on a quiet, residential block. We’re 5 minutes from the M train, 10 from the J, and 15 from the L. No shortage of options nearby for groceries, restaurants, bars, music, etc.
The bedroom itself is 10’x14’ at its longest, with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is ready to live in!
The apartment has tons of space, a gas stove/oven, a deep bathtub, and a large private backyard. You’ll also have your own 12’x12’ storage area in the finished basement.
There's w/d hookups in-unit, but no machines at the moment. Would be happy to split a w/d combo, or continue using the laundromat on our block.

Rent is $1500/mo, all utilities included. Asking for first and last to move in. Must have proof of income and good credit. Open to short or long term arrangements, as well as couples. No smoking inside, and no pets.
