Been living in this apartment for five years and it's the best place to call home.
Must be okay with cats (she keeps to herself but is very around).
Three lovely roommates who all have differing schedules.
Room won't be furnished but the rest of the apartment is!
Building and street are very close to Myrtle-Wyckoff and Knickerbocker M.

Marketing professional that has lived in Bushwick for the past five years. Roommates are all independent with different schedules but enjoy spending time at the apartment when they have down time.
Would love to sublet to someone who is pretty independent and would like to share a comfortable space with three other young adults.

current Tennant- lease ends at the end of June- moving out to an apartment nearby 6 months early.
Rental requirements
Need one 1K for security deposit in addition to one month rent. Must be okay with a small cat sharing the space!
Would love at least one reference (past roommate or landlord) since loved ones are still in the apartment!
