All you’ll need is a suitcase with your personal belongings, and the rest will be waiting for you in my pied-a-terre. The apartment is fully furnished, including all household appliances you'd need to live comfortably - e.g. a Roomba, a Dyson, Instapot, a stovetop espresso maker, a mixer, a blender, a cutter, air purifier, Hydroviv kitchen sink water filter, two standing desks, etc. I also recently upgraded the TV (that was long overdue...) - not pictured in the photos or the video.

With the open courtyard Eastern exposure and large windows, you'll get all the morning sunshine for your Huberman direct sunlight start of the day and enjoy excellent ambient light throughout the rest of the day! I upgraded the floors to English oak (pictured) which contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the apartment; the bed is queen size with a memory foam mattress. Also, the new blackout blinds I got installed in both rooms are not featured on the photos. The lights in the living room and the bedroom are all warm and dimmable for ambience and ease on the eyes prior to sleep. The apartment happily includes a dishwasher, washer&dryer, & bathtub.

The amenities in this white-glove 200 Riverside Blvd building are fantastic - a SPA (yep, steam rooms included!), an indoors 50’ pool with the perfect water temperature, massage waterfall (!), fully equipped gym (Peloton bikes included), children’s playroom, bike room, a beautiful open entrance and lobby, and the friendliest and most helpful building staff. Right across the building, you'd find the iconic Pier I/Pier i Cafe, the beautifully curated expansive green space of Riverside Park featuring the cutest little ducklings, the riverside bike path that would take you straight down to West Village in 15 minutes on a regular bike, and the beautiful sunsets over the Hudson River.

Trader Joe’s is 10 minutes walking distance, and so is the reliable 1, 2 and 3 subway line. Times Square is just one quick stop away on the 2/3. Easy walking distance to the Met Opera, Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle (with its Whole Foods) and Central Park. Next door to Jubilee Market, BLU Cafe, Vin Sur Vingt Wine Bar, Biscuits & Bath, and Renaissance Wines & Spirits. My condo is a short distance to many restaurants, shops, cafes, and salons located on Broadway and Columbus Avenues and on surrounding streets. I can give you a ton of recommendations!

200 Riverside Boulevard has full concierge service and separate security staff. It is well run and maintained with recently renovated common hallways with up to date decor. There is a parking garage conveniently located underneath the building (we’d usually park on the street, however, as typically there is space after a bit of searching).

You will have most of the space in the bedroom wardrobe and the wardrobe in the living room, and a whole tall drawer. The kitchen is FULLY equipped.

About This Lister

I am a lawyer at a green tech company who loves to travel. Thanks to my remote job which I got after I bought this apartment, I now spend most of the year outside NY, and I would love tenant(s) who would take good care of my apartment when I am not using it. I will be available for anything you may need. I will arrange for you to see the apartment in person if you'd like. This is not a party building - while you can gather friends, note that the building does enforce its quiet hours. I have great relationship with my neighbors and would like to keep it this way. :)

Rental requirements

Lease agreement, 1 month security deposit, reference letter from a recent landlord or confirmation of paid mortgage/ rent timely in the past 12 months, a simple Avail application (which includes Federal tax return including your W2 or 1099 form, copies of last three paychecks, copies of two forms of photo ID, credit check and background check). Professional cleaning of the apartment by eco cleaners before leaving or one of the two ladies who have been helping me with the cleaning.
