I'm subletting my beautiful and furnished Fort Greene studio while traveling for work.

The apartment is conveniently situated on the 5th floor of a 6-story Art Deco elevator building, steps away from the Lafayette C stop. Most public transportation lines in short walking distance. Same goes for the best restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural institutions Fort Greene has to offer.

The large double windows come with a classic fire escape and offer plenty of natural light, including a view over the neighborhood's brownstone streets all the way to the skyline of Downtown Brooklyn. It can also be enjoyed through the bathroom window while taking a shower.

The layout is simple and functional. The studio includes ample closet space, a desk with 27'' Apple display, free WiFi, a stainless steel gas range and select furniture, objects and artworks.

Looking for someone clean and considerate to take care for the space, respect the neighbors and water my plants once a week. Unfortunately no pets and no parties are allowed in this space.
