Hey there!
I'm subletting my cozy studio that faces a backyard—perfect if you want that classic brownstone vibe. You'll wake up to birds chirping, and the location is super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the express A train, which gets you into the city in 10 minutes. Plus, Tompkins Ave is right around the corner, with summer Sunday festivals and a great community vibe.
The space has its kitchenette (fridge, electric stove, oven, kettle, and toaster). There’s some occasional renovation work happening downstairs, but nothing too disruptive.
If you work from home, there's a workstation with two monitors. I’ve got a purifier, humidifier, and essential oils to help you unwind. Also, feel free to browse my books and magazines while you're here!

"Aysu's little studio is very quiet and cute and a wonderful value. Its charming in that special way that old brownstones are."
"Aysu's decor has a hipster/maker, artsy, DIY feel to it and everything from her awesome book collection to the wide array of candles makes the space feel just as cozy as can be! Finally, as a host, she was attentive and responsive. I encountered no issues whatsoever!"
"Such a gem if you need something private and are on a budget. The neighborhood is great with so many restaurants from Eater lists. The room is quiet with birds chirping in the morning. The bed and couch are cozy. Wifi is great, too."
I am an architect and Spatial Designer in XR field. Have been living in this space for 7+ years and subletting when I am traveling.
