I’m subletting my large, sunny bedroom in a 3 bed/1 bath in Crown Heights from Feb 1 to March 31, for $1250/month including all utilities and wifi. The room is fully furnished and includes closet space, a lovely writing desk with cork-board & whiteboard, a Casio CDP-135 keyboard, a queen bed, and beautiful exposed brick wall.

I originally found this apartment on the Listings Project about two years ago, and have been living here happily ever since.

The apartment is located on Sterling Place (a very quiet block) between Brooklyn Avenue & Kingston Avenue. It's an 8 minute walk to the 3 train at Kingston Av, and a 12 minute walk to the C train at Kingston/Throop. It’s right next to Brower Park, which includes a recently renovated library branch, and it’s a 25-30 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. There is a laundromat one block away.

My two lovely roommates are both men in their late 20s, and both jazz musicians/saxophone players. They practice at home sometimes, but never late at night, and are both really nice, easygoing people. In general it is a very chill, respectful, happy living environment; we keep things clean and worry-free. One of them has a cat named Sasuke who is very sweet. (No additional pets, please!)
