I truly do love my apartment and my neighborhood, and I think that others will love it too. I am going to be traveling for 7 weeks starting in January, and so am looking for someone to sublet my apartment during that time. As I'm going to be gone for the whole chunk of time, I am only interested in someone who is looking to take over the whole/most of the time I'm away.

I have lots of natural light throughout the day as I'm South-East facing, and I'm on the top floor which means my apartment stays relatively quiet throughout the day and night (apart from just normal city noise).

As I live in my apartment outside of this month of traveling, it will come furnished with the normal furniture I use, and there will be plenty of room for you to put your belongings in the entry-way closet and bedroom dresser. The closet in the bedroom will be locked, just so I can store my stuff in one place for when I return. All utilities are included for the month (just to make it easy for both of us).

I have a dog myself, and so as long as your dog is potty-trained and won't chew on the furniture, they are welcome to stay at the apartment during your time as well. The building is a short walk from Grand Army Plaza where you and your dog can enjoy off-leash hours at Prospect Park.

About This Lister

I am a software product designer that works remotely from my apartment. I love traveling and have a Sussex Spaniel dog named Noodle, who travels with me. I love this space that I get to call home, and I hope you will do. My friends would call me very organized and clean, and I think that's reflected in my home. As I'll be away for the time I have listed, I am only interested in people who plan to stay for most of or the entire time.

- Video chat before any money is exchanged (this is for the both of us - so that way I can confirm you're a real person and so that way you can see the space live as well)
- 50% security deposit
- $120 cleaning fee

Pets Policy

Building is dog friendly and there's a great dog community that usually will be on the building's roof area or patio area after work (~5 PM) for a dog playdate.

My requirements are:
- The dog is potty-trained (to go outside on the street, not on my balcony and not inside on potty pads)
- The dog is not destructive (does not chew / scratch furniture or decor)
