Conveniently situated between 2 subway stations (103 Street & 110 Street) on the B/C line. They are 3 blocks away, which is approximately a 5-minute walk. The 1 (red) line is located on Broadway and 103 Street, about a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
I have been living in the apartment for 12 years. It's a great building with a very nice super. Elevator with laundry in the building (new washers and dryers). I am looking for a responsible, quiet, and clean tenant. The apartment is freshly painted, with a new kitchen floor, dishwasher, mattress, bedroom air conditioner, and blinds throughout the apartment. This is the 4th time subletting. The last tenant liked the building so much that she rented an apartment in the building.
Leased Tenant
The First Month and Security Deposit are required upon approval (the security deposit does not count toward the last month's rent). $250 cleaning fee will be taken out of the security deposit. Tenant will need to fill out an application and be approved by the building management. Not a hard process but one we have to go through. You will need to provide proof of income (either w2, 3 paystubs, or tax return), photo ID, and $20 for the management to do a background check.
