Art studio for sublet! May, June, July. Private space with lots of windows and a beautiful view of the city. 2nd floor. Freight elevator is right next door.

The studio is in a larger suite built into 3 private studios each with a door that can lock if desired. You would be next to two very chill & considerate studio mates (each in their own private studios). In our shared space we have a shared sink, microwave, some tools, and there's a mini fridge in my space with water filter. Window AC unit. Please note that even with AC it does get warm in the summer.

The longer table in the photos can be easily dismantled and set aside if floor space is preferred.

My work & belongings will be mostly cleared out, except for some shelves.

Without the storage loft / hallway storage (which will be filled with my things) it's around 340 sq ft.

About This Lister

I am a painter (oil & acrylic) and I also work with collage and stained glass. The space is ideal for painters, though other media could also work—depending on the amount of fumes, particulate, etc. I am subletting the space while I am away for a few months. I've been in this studio since 2019 and have a good relationship with the landlords and super.
