The studio has great vibes and really great light.
a big beautiful table, sofa and a flat file are included. the sofa and the table can leave.
the storage above is not included.
the building is clean, has a locked mail room and two elevators reliable 24/7.
4 private bathrooms and a industrial sink are few steps away from the studio.

a security deposit + first month rental payed upfront and a friendly behaviour.
if ever I need the space back I will let you know with two months in advance. but this won’t happen before february 2026.
it’s important to use the table with care and cover it properly. scratches, stains, pigment or any damages won’t be tolerated.
