Hi! I have a bedroom + office/additional room for rent as one unit in my sunny 2 BR apartment. The apartment boasts high ceilings and abundant natural light, and also faces away from the street so it's very peaceful. Photos 1-6 show the BR and office.

My bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment, so you'll essentially have half the apartment to yourself. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom would be shared.

The sublet is available month to month (4 month minimum) or until the lease ends October 1, 2025, with possibility of renewal. Move-in date is May 1st.

I've lived in this apartment for 4 years and it's been wonderful. Located right on Franklin Ave, there's plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and supermarkets – including a fully-stocked 24-hour deli just two buildings away. A 24-hour laundromat is also only a block away.

The apartment is a a few blocks from the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and a 15-minute walk to Prospect Park. Transportation is very convenient with the 2/3/4/5/S trains just a few blocks away and the C/E about a 10-minute walk.
