We are looking for a roommate to join our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Williamsburg starting Feb 1st, 2025 (move in date is flexible).

The rent is $2300 and deposit is $2000. Our lease ends at the end of April 2025, but we would like to find someone who has interest in resigning the new annual lease with us - there may or may not be a rent increase on the new lease. You will be living with 2 female professionals in the late 20s, early 30s.

The room has a built in AC/heat unit, a private bathroom, large closet, and a ton of light during the day! It is very spacious and can fit two dressers, a queen sized bed, and a desk.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, easygoing, and likes to come home to a relaxing home environment, and doesn’t mind living with 2 friendly cats! Always down to hang / grab dinner but am pretty low key in the apartment and would love for someone who has a similar mentality - the apt is pretty quiet on week nights - we don't bring the party home, and always clean up after ourselves. Preferably looking for someone who has a stable income, cleans up after themselves & enjoys keeping a quiet home environment. We are LGBTQ friendly!

About the apartment:
- 4th floor walk up (our unit occupies the top floor), with easy access to the shared roof!
- Washer & dryer, dishwasher, oven in unit (doesn't get better than this)
- 4 min walk from the Bedford L station! 6 min walk to Equinox & Whole Foods.
- One of us owns 2 cats! They will mostly stay in their room (we have a mechanical kitty litter that will be stored away in a room - smell shouldn’t be an issue and we are diligence about vacuuming!)
- This is a steal - we pay the lowest rent in the bldg.

Details:
- Room will be available starting 2/1/2025
- Utilities & Internet are typically around $100-200 per month per person (higher during winter due to use of heat). Not included in rent.

About This Lister

You'll be living with two female professionals in their late 20s / early 30s. One of us has two sweet cats (the cats tend to stay in the owner's bedroom - we also have an automatic kitty litter so smell shouldn't be an issue)!

One of the roommates goes to work everyday, and the other has a hybrid work from home schedule. We are looking for someone who enjoys coming home to a clean and relaxed home! While we all have our own respective lives outside of the home, we love sharing a bottle of wine and sometimes even singing Karaoke!
