It is the second floor of the house (2 flights of stairs, no accessible entry), 1100+ sq ft, and has 2 large bedrooms plus a smaller sunroom/3rd bedroom, a very large kitchen with a dishwasher, and a beautiful living room filled with plants and books. Light streams through 20+ windows onto gorgeous hardwood floors. Washer/dryer in basement and outdoor as well as indoor bike storage. The house is located in Fiske Terrace (Part of “Victorian Flatbush” or Ditmas Park) two blocks to the Q train (30ish minutes to Manhattan) with a few shops and restaurants on the way. Very quiet, suburb-like neighborhood with low population density. Utilities usually run about $60-80/mo.
